Julia Skagfjord RMT, is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria, 2013.

Julia’s philosophy is to allow the body to release stress on the level from which it came so that chronic pain and muscular holding patterns can be reversed. This is achieved with reeducation of the muscles through a combination of clients’ engagement in deeper states of relaxation, postural awareness, and homecare exercises. Additional areas of training include Muscle Energy Technique, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. Julia has experience treating and improving a great variety of conditions. She is dedicated to working with her patients to provide education, and encouragement with their involvement in the treatment process. She looks forward to helping her patients achieve the results that they are working towards.
